Abstract

The negative consequences of the transportation sector are examined, as are the ways
in which businesses contribute to these problems. Equally important to a company's bottom line
is how seriously it addresses environmental protection at every stage of its operations. Toxic
gasses like carbon monoxide, nitrous oxide, and other unpleasant compounds are often produced
during the transportation process due to competition to satisfy customer demands. Companies
responsible for pollution from vehicles are exposed to legal consequences in this study.
